1. Don’t think of it too much. As you become aware of thinking on how your acne will remove the more it is going to pop out.
2. Drink lots of water. It is helpful to remove the toxins in our body especially it also helps to remove the dirt in our face.
3. Don’t touch your face with your hand too often. Our hands is full of bacteria, if we touch it to our face those germs/bacteria will react to our face that will result to more pimples.
4. Enough sleep will do. If you sleep too late pimple will possibly come out.
5. Stress is also one of the main factors why acne on face becomes rampant as much as possible try to escape from stress.
In a teenage life, it is just normal to have lots of pimple because it is a part of puberty but unfortunately this is my hates stage ever as I encounter many acne that last for more than two years, well I just follow the above steps ad slowly my pimples started to disappear. Acne solutions also work well a combination of this too is powerful to fight acne resulting to disaster teenage life.
